XXVII: the party

My camera (yes, the one I stole from my dad) broke, right in time for my party. The button that you press to actually take the picture popped off somewhere along the way and so my photo documentation was severely impaired. However! I did get 22 pictures out of it- 13 safe for Facebook and SarahStuder.com, and hopefully Kendall was able capture a few more.

First of all, we had tacos for lunch from the truck in Northgate next to the highway. They were delicious. Deliciosa.

Then, we made cupcakes in ice cream cones. Beautiful.

And then we went to Linda’s, where I had a peanut butter & jelly shot. It was surprisingly delicious. Peanut butter jelly in your mouth!

Next stop? Still Liquor! There were quite a few special guests- but most importantly, Edward Cullen.

Last stop? The Baltic Room. I don’t know why we went there and this is the only picture I have to prove that we did:

All in all? A great and semi-mellow night, just what I had envisioned to ring in my new year. Thanks to everyone who came out and celebrated: Eliz, Beth, Kendall, Doug, Dylan, Ben, Emily, Lorna, Luke, Jeri, Lucie, Jeri’s friend, LeighBeth, LeighBeth’s friends, Zeke, Mike, Rachel, Blaire, Heather, Dana, Cherry, Katrin, Matt, Ben, Casey, Katey, Katy, Katie, Eric, Sylvie, Siri, Lizzie, Ian, Brian and Nick, plus a few more that I’ve forgotten… and if you didn’t come, I look forward to you making it up to me in the future.
